Gatorade are proud to unveil the G Series Pro Coaches Conference, a further addition to the G Series Pro Theatre line up already announced for The Road Cycling Show on April 21 and 22. Headlined by Team Sky riders, Team Sky and British Cycling performance and coaching staff and countless other world leading experts...
As part of the G Series Pro Theatre roll-out, there will be a second, special theatre on the Sunday of the show aimed specifically at coaches. This opportunity will be open to limited numbers and aims to improve knowledge through access to a diverse network of insight from an array of world class coaches and speakers.
The coaches day is free of charge (outside show admission) and open exclusively to British Cycling qualified coaches and is limited to 100 spots.
Sessions will include:
- Coaching performance
- Coaching nutrition
- Coaching women
- Coaching injured athletes
- Identifying talent and pushing athletes through the British Cycling system
British Cycling comments “ This coaching conference is a great driver for the continual development of individual coaches, providing insight they may otherwise not have access to. Experts confirmed so far include Nigel Mitchell, Head of Nutrition at Team Sky and British Cycling and Prof. Richard Davidson, British Cycling Coach Educator and Professer of Exercise Physiology. Attendees will also have the chance to meet and question Team Sky Riders; Alex Dowsett, Matthew Hayman and Christian Knee’s.
The presence at the Road Cycling Show follows the success of the Gatorade G Series Pro Theatre at this year’s Triathlon show. Gatorade are commited to helping coaches and athletes to win from within themselves. Check back soon for more confirmed experts.
