Following the tragic death of former employee Rob Jefferies, who was killed when he was struck by a car whilst out cycling on May 26 2011, British Cycling has been in constant contact with the organisation's solicitors Leigh Day, who have made the case a top priority.
Leigh Day are in regular contact with the Dorset Police who are investigating the incident. The driver has been bailed until 17th August and is expected to be charged earlier in that month.
