Scott Beaumont and Natasha Bradley became 2015 British Cycling Four Cross National Champions in Moelfre.

For Beaumont the win completed a long return from injury and was his fourth consecutive title, as he beat Nathan Parsons and Alex Metcalfe.

In the final Beaumont had taken the holeshot with Parsons second and Metcalfe battling with Luke Cryer. In turn three, the action started - Beaumont pulled out a lead, Parsons was holding second but Cryer went inside of Metcalfe. His wheel lost grip and Cryer crashed out.

Beaumont kept his head through the last corner and crossed the finish line to retain the championship.

Earlier in the competition Dave Richardson and Leon Rosser were surprise eliminations in the first round, with Duncan Ferris another crash victim in the quarter-finals.

In the senior women Liz Fowler missed out on defending her title to Natasha Bradley.

In the final, Bradley lead from the gate with Megan Wherry close behind but Liz Fowler and Tyde D'Souza got caught up in turn one, sealing the result.
