Scottish Cycling, together with sportscotland, are reviewing the Scottish Cycling facilities strategy. The aim of this strategy is to identify and develop priorities for the development of current and proposed cycling facilities to ensure that we have a network of high quality facilities that will encourage participation and support the development of high standards of performance across all disciplines of cycling.

When we talk about facilities in the context of this strategy we mean formal dedicated cycling facilities that provide for the sport Natural trails, the public road, and cycle path provision, such as Sustrans routes, are not considered as formal facilities for the purposes of this questionnaire. This said, we do recognize the importance of such provision and ask a specific question on these resources towards the end of the survey.

As part of the review we need your help to identify where the priorities should lie. We would be grateful if you could complete our facilities questionnaire; this should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete.

Many thanks

Scottish Cycling
