Over the next 21 stages of the world’s biggest annual sporting event, we’ll be bringing you a few insights into Bradley that you maybe didn’t know. Family – Brad is married to Catherine, and they have two children together, Ben and Isabella. #allezwiggo

Olympics – Wiggins has competed in three summer Olympics, winning 6 medals including three Golds. #allezwiggo

Team Pursuit – As part of the Great Britain team, Wiggins set the World Record for the Team Pursuit at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. #allezwiggo

Honours – Wiggins was awarded a CBE in the 2009 New Years Honours. #allezwiggo

Evans – Cadel Evans is one of Wiggins’ biggest rivals in this year’s tour. Evans currently trails Brad by +03' 19" #allezwiggo

Tour de Romandie – Wiggins came 1st in the Tour de Romandie along with 1st in both Paris-Nice and the Critérium du Daupniné. #allezwiggo 

On Tour – Bradley Wiggins’s book On Tour was written about the 2010 Tour de France. #allezwiggo

UCI Junior Track Cycling World Championships – in 1997 at the of age 17, Brad won a Gold Medal in the 2km Individual Pursuit. #allezwiggo

Rest day in Pau – After the rest day yesterday in Pau, Bradley is starting off the stage 02' 05" minutes ahead on GC. #allezwiggo
