All registered events are to be run under the guidelines and regulations of British Cycling. Refer to event resources to find and download the discipline specific guidelines and regulations.
All events are to be run using the insurance provided by British Cycling where a levy is paid per rider for liability insurance. Levies must be paid within seven days of the events completion.
Event organisers benefit from insurance cover which is for legal liabilities arising from claims made against an event organiser, official or participant* which involves either bodily injury or property damage to a third party and which have been caused by the negligence.

* Individual cover will only be provided to participants who are either Race Gold, Race Silver or Ride Members of British Cycling.
