The Junior Tour of Wales Cycle Race, part of British Cycling's National Series for Juniors, took place over the August Bank Holiday weekend comprising of 5 stages over three days. Based in the spectacular scenery of the Brecon Beacons, Erick Rowsell, despite no team support, was the winner while the foreign teams took the most of the stages.
