Welsh Cycling is fully committed to achieving equality in its sport and has demonstrated its commitment over recent years through the adoption of an equality policy and a code of conduct.

 

Welsh Cycling ensures that equality issues are at the core of its business ensuring that:

1. Officers at the highest level are accountable for equality

2. Resources are committed to equality generally

 

3. Commitment is communicated

Welsh Cycling and its members clubs aim to ensure that cycling is available to all and that there are no barriers to cycling participation, with cycling encompassing all members of the community.

 

Through its Development Officers and Go-ride clubs, Welsh Cycling aims to ensure that every individual that wishes to cycle is given the opportunity to do so.
