Welsh Cycling would like to wish the very best of luck to our Olympian's Nicole Cooke and Geraint Thomas!
Nicole, the 2002 Commonwealth Games Road Race Champion and twice World Cup winner, will be attending her second Olympics in a bid to win Gold in Bejing. Nicole will contest the Women's Road Race on Sunday 10th August.
Geraint, current World Champion with Great Britain's Team Pursuit squad, commences qualification for track racing's most dynamic event on Sunday 17th August, with the finals on Monday 18th August.
There is also the possibility of 'G' contesting the Individual Pursuit, qualification for which commences on Friday 15th August. Watch this space..!
