MAJOR EVENT APPLICATION CLOSING DATE - 31/07/08

 

Dear All
Please be aware that the deadline for submitting a major event application is the 31st July 2008. If you require to hold a major event in Wales, be it part of the National Youth Series, Youth Omnium or a National Senior event, please contact Welsh Cycling at michael.heaven@welshcycling.co.uk for a form.

 

Please refer to TR 17 and the 2008 Calendar for events and, where appropriate,  recommended distances. 

The regulations for specific events are currently being reviewed, but are expected to vary little from those issued in 2008. 

Please contact Terry Greenwood at BCHQ if you require a copy of these event or series specific regulations.

Minimum tender fees for National Championship events are as follows;

 

Road

£100 plus VAT per Championship
£1000 plus VAT for each of the two Elite Men’s Championships and
£100 plus VAT for all six Youth Championships.

Track

National Track Championship Week £1000 plus VAT
Other Championships £100 plus VAT
