This weekend sees the UK Handcyclists meeting up in South Wales for a Winter training camp. The weekend will include both a road ride with lead out and support by local Newport clubs and an indoor session at the athletics track in Cardiff.

 

Itinerary for the weekend

 

Saturday 13th January

Meet 12:00 at Newport Velodrome
13:00-15:30 Bike ride/road training led by local club riders

 

Overnight stay Cardiff/Newport area - group meal

Sunday 14th January

09:00-9:30   Meet at Athletics track at UWIC, Cyncoed Cardiff

10:00-13:00 Training on indoor athletics track

13:00-15:00 Lunch and transfer to Newport Velodrome

16:00-18:00 Training at Newport Velodrome

Training will be provided by Neil Smith; Paul Smith; Matthew Lindley
