British Cycling Cyclo-Cross Annual Conference

 

The Cyclo-Cross Annual Conference will take place on Saturday 7th March commencing at 1.00 pm; the venue will once again be the Kegworth Whitehouse Hotel, Kegworth, Derbyshire, DE74 2DF (on A6 400m from J24 of M1).

 

The Cyclo-Cross Commission is keen to re-energise the event and encourage more interaction and the agenda has been drafted with this aim in mind. There will be an introduction by Colin Docker (BC Board Representative on the Cyclo-Cross Commission) and topics to be discussed include identifying and sharing good practice in regional cyclo-cross and the key issues of pit provision and Under 12s racing, working towards excellence in national promotions, and commissaire training, accreditation and assessment. The Conference will conclude with a question and answer session to the Commission and BC staff.

 

This is a chance for anyone interested in cyclo-cross to meet with representatives from the different leagues, to air their thoughts and ideas and to be part of the way forward for the discipline.
