The Final of the National Youth Track Omnium was held on Saturday, August 9 at the Manchester Velodrome. Competing were the top finishers from the rounds of the Regional series around Britain and it was great to see not only large fields in all the categories but how accomplished the young riders were in all the races on the day including the Keirin event.

They should all be complemented for the standard of their riding! The day saw the riders compete in a Sprint Time Trial, Scratch race, Keirin and Points race to see whose name would sit at the top of the table for the Youth Track Omnium Series in the different categories from Under 12 (Category C) to Under 16’s (Cat A).
