Horwich Needs Entries

Organisers of the National Women's Circuit Championship, set to be part of the Horwich Carnival promotion on 21st June have issued an urgent pleas for additional entries for the Championship after only 8 were received by the beginning of the month.

Organiser Dave Leyland said: "We did consider cancelling the event, but the races committee decided to continue. Horwich Council contribute a very generous amount of money and support to the day and would be disappointed to lose the race."
