The only exception is riders who are part of a UCI registered trade team, who must enter through their team. Riders wishing to compete in World Cup events must submit their application to British Cycling at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

Riders cancelling their application to compete in a World Cup must do so by the Friday before the weekend preceding the event (i.e. one full week beforehand).
