Mountain Bike National Series

 

The National Series are the most important domestic Mountain Bike events apart from the National Championships. Indeed, the winners of the National Series could even lay claim to being truly the best riders in the country, with the series requiring season-long consistency and excellence and not just a one-off good performance.

Premier Mountain Bike Series (Cross-Country National Series)

Licensed categories: Juvenile, Youth, Junior, Senior, Master, Veteran, G-Veteran, Expert & Elite

Other Categories: tbc

Points: Category series points, overall series points and category D British Cycling rankings points are gained.

National 4-Cross Series

Licensed categories: Juvenile, Youth, Junior, Senior, Elite & Master (30+).

Other categories: Under 15 & 16+ Novice. Both are non-series categories open to new 4X riders. 

Points: Series points are awarded at every round to the listed categories.

National Downhill Series

Licensed categories: Juvenile, Youth, Junior, Senior, Expert, Elite, Master & Veteran.

Other categories: N/A

Points: Category series points, overall series points and category D British Cycling rankings points are gained.
