Four Hour Race

At ten-thirty, with the sun desperately trying hard to burn through above the chilly course, the start gun was fired and the four hour race began. Everyone was well strung out as they hit the first section of single-track, but riding strongly at the front was a small group of around six riders, containing Ross Adams, Ryan Henry, Martin Smith, George Budd, Adrian Scott and super Vet Paul Ashby. Two Hour Race

As the two hour race got under way, there was a pile up in the first couple of metres, with bars clipped and riders forced to dismount almost before they'd started: the surge and fast start pace had surprised all but the most seasoned campaigners. More >>>>
