Compensation for cyclist injured in road traffic accident

British Cycling member Keith Glen has successfully concluded his claim for personal injury compensation against a motorist who caused a foot and head injury that exacerbated his pre-existing tinnitus injury.  The accident occurred when Keith was cycling from home to work.  A white van overtook him, hitting his right side causing him to fall onto the road.

 

Keith also received compensation for the damage to his bike and clothing.  He was represented by the specialist cycle and sports injury team at Leigh Day & Co.
