Personal injury compensation success for British Cycling member

British Cycling member Chris Tidball has successfully completed his claim for personal injury compensation arising from a road traffic accident.
Chris was cycling home from work when a car driver, intending to park, suddenly pulled into his path. The car driver hit Chris, causing him to fall off his bike and sustain grazes and bruising to his left elbow, hip, knee and ankle. He also received compensation for the damage to his bike and clothing.
Chris was represented by the cycling and sports injuries team at Leigh Day & Co. The claim was supported and funded by British Cycling.
