Member Successfully Concludes Claim

British Cycling member, Patrick Greenfield (right) has successfully concluded his claim for personal injury compensation and associated losses arising from a road traffic accident which occurred on 17 July 2005.
Patrick's accident occurred at approximately 3.45pm when he was cycling along Pentonville Road, London. A Nissan Primera GX suddenly drove into the back of his bike and Patrick consequently sustained a partial dislocation of his right shoulder and damage to his bicycle.
Prior to the accident Patrick was a very fit and sporty individual who enjoyed cycling, swimming, running and squash. Patrick was significantly incapacitated as a result of his injuries in the initial stages of his recovery. All of these sporting activities were impaired as a result of the accident.
