Entries are still available for you to come and take part in UCI Highclere Castle sportive on Sunday 8th June at Highclere Castle.

 

This event:

  • Meets UCI standards: so will provide riders with highest rider safety support standards. (We want you to focus on the ride and let us take care of the details.)
  • Three Tried and Tested Inter-linked Courses:
  • 200km: See Everyday Cycling 200km preview ride report by Eddie Allen where he comments; "Unlike any other hilly terrain to be found in the UK, the area has a really haunting quality and quiet undulating roads that'll make you want to sign up for next year's ride before you even completed the 2008 edition."  Click here for full preview
  • 120km: Read the latest June issue of Cycling Plus where Neil Pedoe joined the "Charge of The Light Brigade" Armed Forces and Emergency Services on their carbon steeds to recce ride 120km route in preparation for their Inter Services Challenge
  • 70km: New 70km course will give aspiring riders a genuine sportive taste by riding the start and finish sections of the long course route with Watership Down as the scenic link back to Highclere Castle.
  • Victor Ludorum Awards: RecognisingIndividual and Team efforts on the day that gain minutes under the Gold standards for their age categories and gender.  Click here for more
  • Our Sponsors Cyclefit: The UK's leading bike fitters and importers of Serotta Competition Bicycles, the world renowned custom frame manufacturer, will be at the Hilton Hotel for Saturday registration and Village HQ on the Sunday. Team Cyclefit will be taking part in the 200km Victor Ludorum Highclere Wheelers challenge.
