2008 World Cyclo-Cross Championships

26-27 January, Treviso, Italy

Report and Images: Joolze Dymond

Race Day 2: Sunday 27 Jan

20080127_world_cyclo_cross_champs_jebb_125Day 2 of competition and the GB team's fortunes didn't really improve on the final day in Treviso. We've got a stack of great images from one of the sport's great spectacles. Plus reaction from within the GB camp to a pretty average day at the office - all four senior riders share their thoughts post-race and Team-manager Simon Burney pulls no punches in his assessment of what it takes to succeed at the highest level - it makes compelling reading!

Report: Senior Men & Senior Women

Race Day 1: Saturday 26 Jan

20080126_cross_worlds_batchelor_125No luck for the GB team on the first day of competition - an overnight break-in deprived the riders of several bikes and after that little seemed to go right. However, there were storng rides in adversity from several of the riders. We've got lots of feedback from all the GB riders at the end of a tough day, plus news of the winners.
