Redgrave Cross/Eastern League Round 7

Shaun Aldous was in uncompromising form at the seventh round of the Eastern Region Cyclo-Cross League, winning the senior race by over two minutes. Robert Hunt was second, a further half a minute clear of Glenn Stanford.

Gavin Rumbles was also out on his own in the Veterans' race, finishing 80 seconds clear of a tight battle for second, which Clive Ling took from Julian Parker by 3 seconds, with Clive Harrision fourth, just 7 second further back. Susan Wood was the first woman home.

The under-12 race went the way of James Jackson, who completed the four laps in just over 13 seconds, 24 seconds clear of Jack Hardwicke. Sam Connolley was a clear winner of the Youth race, racking up a lead of over one and half minutes over runner up Lewis Parker in the 28 minute race.
