This Sunday 12th October sees the first in a series of inter-club events for Go-Ride clubs, at Goodwood Race Circuit, in Chichester, West Sussex for a road race. Promoted by Brighton Excelsior CC and VC Jubilee youth development as a www.surreyleague.co.uk event at this fantastically smooth racing circuit.
The 2.4m/3.8km circuit is open to all youth age categories, u8-u16 whether you’re in a Go-Ride club or not. And as it is a Surrey League event, there are all adult and junior age race categories too. Youth racing starts at 11am, sign on open from 10am. Adults will already be racing before this time and afterwards. Refreshments are available.
PLEASE NOTE: that the A27 is closed at Arundel for bridge repairs this weekend. If you’re coming from the east then suggestion you travel along A259 coast road or A283/B2139/A29 through Steyning, Storrington, Amberely, to Fontwell to bypass it, this should only add approx 15mins to the journey.
