East Anglian BMX Updates

Due to the snows on April 6th the East Anglia Spring Classic BMX race that was due to be held at Royston Rockets BMX Club's track in Burns Road has been rearranged for June 1st. The event will still be called the Spring Classic but hopefully by then we will have more suitable weather for BMX Racing.

Another change to the East Anglia BMX Region Summer Series schedule is that Round 1 due to be held Milton Keynes on Sunday April 20th has had to be moved to the Royston track on the same day as the track of the Milton Keynes club has suffered extensive flood damage over the winter and the club have been unable to get machines onto the site to repair the race surface.

The Royston Club's own Tuesday evening sessions start on April 22nd with the gates opening about 6-00pm. Anyone interested in finding out more about the sport of BMX racing is welcome to come along for a look at the track and chat to members.
