Shanaze Wins BMX World Cup

World Champion Shanaze Reade enjoyed a great boost in this all-important Olympic year with a win in the latest round of the BMX Supercross World Cup in Copenhagen. Up against a good field, including French MTB legend Anne-Caroline Chausson, Shanaze made light of a heavy track surface to take the victory in the final. Donny Robinson of the USA took the men's event.

 

Next on the agenda for Shanaze is the World Championships - May 29 - June 1 in Taiyuan, China - where she will defend her title.
