The Sky team started the day on the track alongside Gold medallist Jamie Staff whilst receiving coaching advice from some of the top GB coaches. The group then competed in maximum power tests on Wattbikes before going over the road to look around the EIS facility. They then finished their day by watching the Olympic cycling heroes in action during a training session.
James Murdoch said of his day at the Velodrome, "This has been a fantastic experience, we've had fun on the track and have been able to witness the best coaching and sports operation in the world first hand."
