BBC Wales has a website called 'Raise Your Game' where athletes from various sports are featured in sections such as Inspiration, Motivation, Preparation. Both Welsh team member Yanto Barker and Wales Talent team coach Stuart Macdonald have now featured on this popular web site.
In the first section, Motivation, the website interviews Yanto asking how he got involved in cycling, his moving to France where he raced and what hurdles he faced. Then, in the coaching section, there is more from Yanto tackling of all things, learning French very important when this language is one of the most used in international cycling.
Stuart talks about the use of maths to aid the successful talent team testing process and then discusses how dedication is required to make a success of your cycling.
