Welsh team produce positive performances at the Tour of Siam

The Welsh team flew back from Thailand on Sunday, pleased with the positive performances of the men's team.

For nearly the whole tour the Welsh team showed strongly in all stages with National Coach taking the win on stage three after a great lead out by Matt Brammeier. On this day Rob Partridge had been away at the front for most of the day, showing great form and hard determination.

Winn held the green points jersey for two days and was also close to the overall general classification for most of the week.

Even on the last day, Welsh riders Yanto Barker and Matt Brammeier performed tirelessly to finish 5th and 9th respectively and show their good form.

The team now have a week back at home before they fly out to the Tour of Langkawi, where they will be split into riding for the Great Britain and Recycling.com teams.

The team will then have another short period back in Wales before flying out to Australia at the end of February for final preparation for the Commonwealth Games.
