Scottish Cycling Event Registration Guide (pdf) - this is an example on how to complete the paper form to register an event - alternatively use the online event entry system by going through the Event Organiser section on your dashboard

Signing On Sheet- Entires on the day (landscape version) (Excel) - all riders MUST sign on prior to collecting their race number and riding on the day
Signing On Sheet - entries on the day (portrait version) (Excel) - all riders MUST sign on prior to collecting their race number and riding on the day
MTB & Time Trial Official Sign On Sheet (Word) | (pdf) -
Incident Report Form (Excel) | (pdf) - this must be completed if there is an incident at the race which involved a third party.
Event Levy Form (Excel) - must be completed on the day of the race by the race organiser and signed by the commissaire - the amount of the levy due per rider is detailed on the form
MTB Commissaires Report Form (Excel) | (pdf) - the event commissaire has to complete this form and send to Scottish Cycling within 7 days of the event.
