Scottish Cycling Events Calendar Collation 2011

The Scottish Cycling Events Team would like to announce that the process for collating the 2011 Calendar will begin shortly. As soon as we receive the confirmed dates for major events from BC at the beginning of August we will send out application forms to all clubs, centres and event organisers from this year.

We will be looking to receive all applications from Centres by 20th September 2010 and we would like to remind everyone that all event registration forms must go through the Centres.  Scottish Cycling cannot accept entries unless they have been approved by the Centre.

It must also be noted that organisers must provide Scottish Cycling with sufficient notice to hold events in 2011. It will not be possible to authorise events where permission is sought less than 6 weeks before the date of the proposed event.

We will be looking for applications for the following events:

Super 6 Road Race Series (6) -

• Round 1 - 5/6th March
• Round 2 - 2/3rd April
• Round 3 - 7/8th May
• Round 4 - 4/5th June
• Round 5 - 6/7th August
• Round 6 - 5/6th September

Women & Vet Road Race Series (3)

Scottish 10 mile TT Championship

Scottish 25 mile TT Championship

Scottish 50 mile TT Championship

Scottish 100 mile TT Championship

Scottish 12 Hour TT Championship

Scottish Road Race Championship (Male & Female)

Scottish Veteran's Road Race Championship

Scottish Criterium Championships

Scottish Youth Track Championships

Scottish Track Championships
