Taking his first road race victory Albert Elison (VC Meudon) won Dulwich Paragon CCs 70-mile Surrey League road race for second and third categories.

The Farnham 19-year-old came in ahead of Dominic Clegg (Redhill CC) after seven laps of the Bletchingley circuit with third place going to his own clubmate Warren Jesse as the heat whittled the finishers down to 35.
