After an impressive and very successful maiden season, Team Rapid Performance Coaching is aiming even higher in 2013 with a stronger and more diverse line-up.

RPC had a great opening year in 2012 having achieved its season goals and then some! The team’s main crown came at the midway point in the year when they dominated the five day The Ras de Cymru stage race in June. Tony Kiss secured overall victory with Adrian Bird taking 2nd overall just a few seconds back. Mike Kiss placed 4th overall meaning that RPC had three of its four riders in the top five on General Classification by the end of the event. The team also secured an individual stage victory, a team victory in the TTT and also won the Team competition by over three minutes.

Not looking to rest on their laurels in 2013 the team has strengthened its line-up to ensure that it is competitive in all types of events during the season.

Dan Bill and Jamie McCabe will manage the team from the side lines to ensure a smooth running whilst last year’s star rider Tony Kiss will remain as road captain for the team and will once again look to defend his Ras de Cymru title as well as aim for a high placed finish in the Premier Calendar events. Mike Kiss will also continue riding for the team although will race on more of an ad hoc basis, targeting specific events during the year and acting as a support rider during the bigger events.

The new season bring new four new riders to the squad as well as a whole lot of new talent and fire power.

The un-missable figure of tall man Joe Charley from Wolverhampton will give strength to the team’s stage race credentials having also achieved a great result in the Ras last year. Despite having suffered from injury over the past couple of seasons, Joe took time out at the end of the 2012 road season to have these rectified and now he will be back on top form in 2013.

Fellow Wolverhampton based rider William Rudgard will be a huge asset to the team, given that he is only in his second season of racing and is already showing sign of future stardom. Will is a very versatile rider competing on the boards and well as the road which means that RPC will also be represented in track events during 2013; one to watch out for no matter what the terrain or style of finish.

Ex Qoroz rider Matthew Ullmer has found a new home on the team after his previous team disbanded after its first season. Matt is another strong all rounder and is as capable of winning circuit races as he is road races. With the right team support Matt will no doubt achieve some special results next year.

Last but certainly not least and a somewhat late addition to the team, Kenilworth based Mark Flay will give RPC some much needed fire power on the flat finishes and bunch charges having showed his undisputed sprinting strength during 2012. Mark will be given the team support he craves in the form of "all for one and one for all" team leads out which will allow him to achieve the big victories that he is more than capable of.

Team RPC will not only have the extra strength from its new riders; they will also have product support from nutritional experts, Torq Fitness, who will be providing the team with their knowledge and fabulous energy products. Cycle industry giants, Weldtite will also be support the team in 2013 providing with everything a team needs in order to functional at optimal levels.

Finally RPC will be provided with support from the brands new distributor, Dynamic Bicycles who will be the first company to import the impressive looking "Shaft Drive" Style Bikes.

RPC would like to thank all of its sponsors for their willingness to provide support to the team for 2013.
