Leisure: Round-Edinburgh Off Road

Here's a great ride from the excellent cycling section of the Visit Scotland Website

What: This ride is mostly along an old railway line which, though tarmac, can get muddy in poor weather. Part of this route is National Cycle Network 1. Combine your ride with a visit the the adventure playground at Dalkeith Park - your kids will thank you for it! The route starts at the paper mill. Begin cycling by turning left on to the cycle route past the paper mill. The route can get muddy in wet weather, so make this a summer's day outing.
