Held annually since 2008 in the magnificent grounds of Blenheim Palace, this year’s Bike Blenheim event takes place on 18/19 August 2012. What’s more, British Cycling members can save 10% on entry to the Road Sportive, Off-Road Sportive, Time Trial and Pink Ribbonride if they enter before the day.

Following the huge success of the inaugural event last year, Cyclothon UK returns to Brands Hatch on Thursday 13 September 2012. Cyclothon UK is a team relay, road cycling endurance race round the legendary Grand Prix Circuit. Teams of 4-8ppl are invited to challenge themselves and each other in a relay event of 8 or 12 hours of road cycling endurance around the track.
British Cycling members can save 20% on both team and solo rider registration fees for this year’s event.

Daily Mirror Great Manchester Cycle – Priority start zone for members

The inaugural Great Manchester Cycle takes place on 4 June and British Cycling members will get off to a great start with an exclusive start zone, ahead of other riders.
The event will feature three different distances based around a 13-mile closed road loop designed to cater for all abilities, from club cyclists, to families who wish to take in the sights of the city on a ride together. There's ‘Get Out and Pedal’ over 13 miles, ‘Rule the Roads’ over 26 miles, or for the more established riders ‘Test Yourself’ over 52 miles. For a limited time all categories will cost just £10 for adults and £5 for kids. Children aged 3-7 go for free.
The £10 entry fee not only gains admission to the closed road mass participation event, but you will also be given a Great Manchester Cycle T-shirt, a medal, accurate chip timing, and a finishers pack.

2012 UCI BMX World Championships - National Indoor Arena, Birmingham

Following a period of priority access for British Cycling members, tickets are now on general sale (from 1 December) at www.bmxworldchamps.co.uk.
The 2012 BMX World Championships will see the first indoor world championships in a number of years, as the event comes to Birmingham’s National Indoor Arena where a bespoke track will be built for the event. The championships will run from the 24th – 27th May 2012 and will be the last opportunity for the elite riders to secure their ticket to the Olympics in London.
British Cycling members have access to tickets before anyone else, so join British Cycling now so that you don’t miss out on tickets to these great events.
