DOB: 01.07.1990 | From: Hertfordshire | Based: Belgium

Andy joined the Welwyn Wheelers at the age of 12 and was spotted by British Cycling’s Talent Team who passed his name to the Olympic Development Programme and in 2008 he won the junior version of the prestigious Paris Roubaix.

Andy spent two years training with the British Cycling Academy Programme in Italy, before signing a one year deal with An Post – Sean Kelly team for the 2011 season. He won the Bronze medal in the Under 23 Road Race at the UCI Road World Championships. For 2012, he rides for Omega Pharma – Quick Step and made his pro career debut at the Sown Under Classic in Australia.

Andy is also a competent track rider, winning two Gold medals on the track in the 2008 European Championships and a Bronze medal in the Track World Cup in Beijing 2011 where Andy and three other U23 riders came third in the Team Pursuit against their elite competition.
