British Cycling has announced the Great Britain team for the 2012 European Track Championships in Panevėžys, Lithuania.
Olympic Podium Programme rider Matt Crampton - the reigning European keirin champion after his success in Apeldoorn last year - and Olympic Academy Programme riders Victoria Williamson, Callum Skinner and Lewis Oliva will be in action in the competition, which takes place from 19-21 October.
