Ampleforth Abbey and College Ampleforth, York, North Yorkshire, YO62 4EN
This Benedictine Abbey is a working monastery and one of Britain's top boarding schools. Nestling in a magnificant hillside setting the venue has traditionally been the race HQ for the Ryedale Grand Prix as well as the start and finish for the annual Ryedale Rumble Sportive. The Championship will use the same run in to the finish as the Sportive with a long uphill drag to the finish that's ideal for spectators to view the closing miles. (View map)
