Coaching Days are FREE! Therefore you will not be able to enter online, please print off entry form and post to coach or enter on the day. Ages: 8-16 years old, all abilities welcome. What to bring: Lunch, drink, bike and helmet. A limited number of bikes and helmets are available to hire free of charge on request.
