Entries are now open for the 2024 Scottish National Youth and Junior Track Championships!

In addition to the Championship events there will be support races including Open and Women’s Bunch Racing, Open Team Pursuit and Open Team Sprint.

The timings indicated on the event entry are indicative only and the final timetable will be published as soon as possible after the close of online entries and will be circulated to all riders, along with the race manual.  The final schedule will be dependent on the number of entries received for each competition and may be subject to change prior to the start of the event.

There will be a section within track centre for spectators to access during competition.

Info for Riders

The event will be delivered under Scottish Cycling regulations. 

Please be aware that only riders meeting the criteria below will be eligible to enter the National Championship.

Competitors in all Scottish Cycling Championships are required to have a full Scottish Cycling/British Cycling or UCI racing licence, which must be presented at sign on.

Exceptions are as follows.
In Road Time Trials and Team Time Trials the minimum eligibility is SC/BC Silver membership.
In MTB XC, MTB DH and Cyclo-cross, unlicensed riders may compete in a Championship race but will not be eligible for a Championship placing. In all other Scottish Championships, only eligible riders shall participate in the event.

All Scottish Cycling Championships shall be open to persons who meet at least one of the following criteria: -

Persons whose primary club is affiliated to Scottish Cycling (licence showing that club or team at the time entries close).
Scottish Nationals (persons born in Scotland).
Scottish Residents (persons who have continuously lived in Scotland for the last three consecutive years prior to the day of the Championship).
Persons who have at least one parent who was born in Scotland.
Members of the armed forces who meet none of the above, but who by necessity are required to live in Scotland away from their normal residence.
For all team Championships, excluding Track, eligibility requires each team member to meet at least one of the above criteria, as well as each rider’s licence showing the same club or team at the time of entries closing. Clubs or teams, in this instance, may be affiliated to any UCI registered governing body. For Track Championships team eligibility see SC6.2.6.

Persons in SC2.2.1-SC2.2.6 must be members of an UCI recognised Cycling Federation.

The Organiser and Scottish Cycling may select the field for any Championship from the competitors entered
