Event Overview

This event is part of a series of three criterium style races being held at South Winchester Park & Ride site in 2021 promoted by Velo Club Venta. The circuit is good for anybody new to racing with only three turns (one of which is slightly technical) and two long straights.   The programme includes youth races for all age categories plus racing for 2nd-4th category men and women, including juniors.

The first round will be held under the current BC restrictions with a maximum field of thirty riders and race duration of thirty minutes. No BC ranking points are available for the first round.

The second and third rounds currently fall within the next phase of "The Way Forward"  so race limit will be increased to the circuit capacity of forty riders. British Cycling ranking points will be available for rounds two and three assuming there are no further adjustments to the return to racing.

The third round will also form part of the South Regional Series for youth riders.

Individual prizes for each round plus an overall prize for the series winner of each category.
