The Yorkshire Cyclo-Cross Association Prize Presentation & Dinner Dance will be held on Saturday 4th February at the Best Western Guide Post Hotel, Common Road, Low Moor, Bradford BD12 0ST. The event will run from 7.00pm - 12.30am (dinner 7.30pm). Tickets are priced as follows: Adults £23; 14 years and under £11.50. Tickets are available from Mandy Parker 07917 860292 or any YCCA committee member.
The following day sees the ever-popular end of season Madison. This event is run over a short 3-5 min lap, with riders paired by the organisers to produce teams of roughly the same strength. Riders do alternate laps and hand over by tagging their partner. It's very informal, always a huge amount of fun and an ideal first event for someone who fancies giving the sport a try.

Ipswich will be the focus of three major Cyclo-Cross events in 2012. First up are the 2012 National Cyclo-Cross Championships on 7 & 8 January. Then, the following season, on the 3rd of November the same venue, Chantry Park, hosts the 2012 European Cyclo-Cross Championships, with a round of the National Trophy series the following day.
