A video shot from within the 2010 3-Peaks Cyclo-Cross race, using a mixture of hand-held and helmet-cam footage. It shows just what a tough event this is, but also what a stunningly beautiful course the riders follow as they work their way over Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-y-Ghent, on the western fringes of the Yorkshire Dales.
