British Cycling’s Coaching and Education team is seeking road riders to participate in a coaching session at Redbridge Cycling Centre (Hog Hill) on Sunday 17 March.

British Cycling is offering a fantastic opportunity to meet other riders and new developing coaches. Riders will receive expert coaching in areas of technique, tactics and fitness, with the session being delivered by a team of British Cycling Coach Educators and trainee Level 3 Road and Time Trial coaches.

For riders looking for one-to-one coaching, there will be opportunity to link up with a trainee coach who may be able to coach you for the forthcoming season.

The session is free (although places are limited) and will run from 9am till 1pm. British Cycling will provide lunch and refreshments. Those who attend should have a good technical ability and bike handling skills, and be experienced at riding in a group.

If you are interested, please register your interest here. British Cycling will then contact you before the event to confirm attendance. Riders must be 14 years or older, be competent and confident with riding in a group. Riders under 18 years old will need a parental consent form.
