Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006

British Cycling is aware of the new Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act (2006) and Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA). Whilst some minor changes to legislation will be introduced this autumn, the key parts of the Act relevant for sport will not have an impact until July 2010.
