Are you judging purely by popularity, or on technical merit? It depends on your price range, but I know there will be a forthcoming wheels test in Cycling Plus magazine, although it can only cover a defined price range due to the number of wheels available. Further tests will cover different price ranges. This test will take account of spec, quality, performance, value and opinions following real world usage. May not be in print until autumn though.
