Spindoctor Training in Mallorca

March 19th to April 2nd 2004 : Puerto Pollensa Training Camp

Spindoctor Training are pleased to announce details and booking arrangements for Spindoctor Training�s annual cycling holiday and training camp to Puerto Pollenca, Mallorca.

Two prices levels are available with supplements payable for suites or single rooms (or single occupation of a double room) where available. One price includes flights plus transfer of you and your bike to and from the hotel PLUS all the services listed below. The lower price does not include flights as many clients have expressed an interested in booking their own flights � all other services and benefits are included. Please note that although carriers like Easyjet may allow carriage of cycles there is often a weight limit (Easyjet is 10 kilos). In addition we will not be able to transfer you or your cycle to the resort unless your arrival coincides with one of our flights. Bear this in mind when booking !

Discounts are available for groups of five or more (�15.00 per person) or for full payment in advance (�15.00 per person for 7 nights, �20 for 14 nights) � VALID until October 31st 2003.

Through carefully planning and forward buying we have kept prices as close as possible to last year. We have however, looked to keep the level of service we offer to the same or an improved level.

� Support vehicles carrying fluid and spares such as inner tubes *
� Comprehensive souvenir guide book with coaching information, route maps and other information so you can plan ahead and enjoy your holiday
� Experienced group leaders to help you get the most out of your trip
� Varied routes and speeds so you can enjoy the island and get fit at your own pace
� Groups for race and fitness training as well as leisure, pleasure and sightseeing.
� Coaching advice and support from spindoctor-training coaches, including Auriel Forrester, Andy Brown, Ian Holton and Dave Le Grys (subject to confirmation)

We are again staying at the Hotel Uyal on the sea front in beautiful town of Puerto Pollensa in the northeastern corner of Mallorca. Puerto Pollensa is a true cyclist�s paradise; beautiful scenery, a sweeping bay, mountains, coastal plains and rolling hills � all to be enjoyed in warm sunshine (and the occasional shower!)

Prices may be subject to variation if, for example there is a change in VAT.

Reservations can be made via a deposit for �150 per person, payable to spindoctor training, and posted to Spindoctor Training, Dog House, Bedford Road, Cople, Beds MK44 3TR

Reservations must list names and home addresses of all members of a group plus room and airport preferences. Telephone and / or email addresses are useful too.
