CHARITY RIDE
On the Saturday, before the Women�s Race begins, you have the opportunity to ride over the same, or part of, the course the professionals will use. You have the choice of three routes 24 miles, 8 miles or a do the both for a combined 32 miles ride. >More Details

1. Womens British Cycling Road race Championship - Distance 74 miles, 3.00pm start

1. Mens British Cycling Road race Championship - Distance 132 miles, 10.00am start

THE COURSE

The course for this years championships comprises of two circuits, one large one to begin with and then a finishing circuit around the Celtic Manor Resort.

Notice for Written Press, Still Photographers and TV

NOTICE: Anyone from the media intending to cover the Celtic Manor Resort National Road Race Championships this weekend, are reminded to register with the organiser Bill Owen prior to the event. Bill would also like to add that anyone who has requested further information and as yet, has not had a reply, to email him again with their queries. It is of course a rather hectic time for any organiser in the run up to a major event and he will do his best to deal with your queries.

Photographers are also reminded that you will not get access to the course (such as the start/finish area) if you do not request a photographers bib so stewards on the course can see that you have acreditation. See contact details below:

WRITTEN PRESS -- Please email Bill Owen. Those who have already requested accreditation are asked if they could resend their forms to Bill to confirm their interest.

PHOTO PRESS: Official Photographers will be issued with bibs and will need to contact Larry Hickmott to reserve one. Those who have already applied, do not need to confirm this unless you have not received a confirmation as all those requests I have received, have had replies sent out to them via email.
