CALLING ALL FULL LICENCE HOLDERS

Please remember that all full racing licences expire on 31/12/03, regardless of when your membership is valid to. This applies to Under 12 and Youth riders as well as senior riders. For Youth and Under 12 riders requiring a free 2004 licence they will need to have valid membership for the whole of 2004, so please get in contact with membership services for an application form. Or download one from the internet.

Membership/licence renewal letters are sent a month before your membership expires, so you will need to contact membership services if you require your racing licence before this -- membership@britishcycling.org.uk -

Please note a slight exception on this rule however. For track leagues being held in January you will be able to use your 2003 racing licence in the early races, due to the large volume of licence renewals we receive. The MES deptartment will be operating with only skeleton staff from 23rd December until the 5th January, with no licences being sent out during Dec 24th and Januray the 5th. We will be working very hard from this date however to turnaround licences as quickly as possible, so please bear with us.
