STOLEN BIKES

Between 11pm and 7am on the night of Thursday August 21st, 4 bikes belonging to Mark, Alex and James Scoular were stolen from their garage in Petersfield, Hampshire. Descriptions are as follows:

Willier Triestina, 2001 model, road bike, 58cm alumininium frame, predominantly yellow frame and forks with black seatstays/chainstays, red and white Willier decals, Dura-Ace gear leavers and rear mech, ultegra brakes and crankset, Time pedals, Ritchey stem, Mavic Open Pro wheels on Dura-Ace hubs.

Principia Rex, 2000 model, 60cm aluminium frame, totally black frame with Muscle carbon forks and brand new Principia white decals (in bold and not the hollow lettering as are usually seen on Principias), Campag veloce equipped throughout, spdr ultegra pedals, campag wheels with veloce hubs and mexico rims, 14cm ITM Millenium stem. This frame has a dent in the top tube, approximately 4cm from the head tube. This bike was stolen complete with its bag.

Specialized Allez, 2001 model, road bike, 58cm aluminium frame, grey decals, Shimano Sora equipped throughout, Wellgo double sided spd pedals, silver ritchey stem, wheels had ritchey hubs with Mavic CXP 21 rims.

Scott Comp racing, 1999 model, mountain bike, 19inch frame, predominantly yellow frame with dark blue on the front sections of the top and down tube, white decals, scott double sided red spd pedals, silver stem with no branding, black Scott bar ends, Bontrager flat bars, predominantly shimano LX equipped with XT rear mech, Rock Shox Judy C forks, Mavic Wheels. Frame serial number is M9AI06528.

The first two bikes are the race bikes of Mark and James, clearly they are gutted and this loss probably means an end to their racing season. There is a reward for any information leading to the recovery of any or all of these bikes.
